Vehicle data: make, model, chassis code, VIN and the part numbers you request.

Transaction data: your request number, correspondence history and delivery address.

Technical data: IP address, browser information and usage records collected through cookies.

Verifying part fitment against your chassis and part number and preparing your quotation.

Creating the order, arranging delivery and providing after-sales support.

Confirming ownership of a request by verifying your phone number via SMS.

Meeting statutory retention and reporting obligations.

Your data is processed on the basis of performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and the legitimate interests of the data controller.

Marketing communication is only sent with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Your data is shared with courier and logistics firms, part suppliers, SMS and email infrastructure providers, and our accounting and legal advisers, strictly to the extent the service requires.

Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Request and order records are retained for the limitation and retention periods set out in applicable legislation.

Once those periods expire your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
