This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the spare part specified in the quotation approved by the buyer.

The type, part number, quantity, price and lead time of the part are stated in the quotation sent to and approved by the buyer, which forms an integral part of this agreement.

The price is collected using the payment method stated in the quotation. No online payment is taken directly on the site.

Sourcing does not begin until payment is completed.

Delivery is made by courier to the address given by the buyer in the quotation. The delivery period runs from confirmation of payment as stated in the quotation and never exceeds the statutory maximum.

The quotation states clearly which party bears the shipping cost.

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to parts produced or sourced specifically against a chassis number, nor to parts that have been installed or coded.

The buyer may refer complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their place of residence, within the monetary limits published annually by the Ministry of Trade.
